Salary

The estimated salary for this position is $75,000 per year, based on national averages for similar roles in the United States. Your compensation package will also include benefits, bonuses, and opportunities for professional growth and development.

Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team of clinicians, ensuring that our patients receive high-quality, patient-centered care. You will work closely with our clinical directors to develop and implement effective care plans, manage staffing levels, and oversee quality assurance initiatives.

You will also have the opportunity to participate in innovative programs, such as our dynamic virtual orientation class, which provides new hires with comprehensive training and support. Additionally, you may have the option to combine in-office and work-from-home experiences, depending on the needs of the location and branch leadership.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Current, unrestricted RN licensure in state
  • Must satisfy all state and federal requirements
  • Must have your own car and a valid driver's license in good standing
  • Proof of car insurance
