About the RoleWe are seeking a dedicated Nursing Care Professional to join our team in Media, PA. As an Aveanna Healthcare RN, you will have the opportunity to make a profound impact on the lives of our patients and their families by providing high-quality clinical care in a home healthcare setting.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver and coordinate quality patient care in compliance with physician orders.
- Continuously observe and assess patient condition and care needs, reporting changes to the supervisor and/or physician as necessary.
- Document all activities, assessments, nursing actions, responses, and coordination of care in a timely manner.
- Develop, implement, and update the nursing care plan.
- Take appropriate nursing action based on assessment and achieve expected outcomes.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Current, unrestricted state license as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice.
- Current CPR certification.
- Demonstrated proficiency in clinical assessments, documentation, and compliance with nursing care and policies and procedures.
- Six (6) months of recent experience as a Registered Nurse in a clinical care setting.
- Home health experience.
The estimated salary for this role is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
