Project Management Specialist

Rock Dental Brands is seeking a highly skilled Project Management Analyst to support the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects within the organization. As a key member of the project team, you will work closely with project managers and cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in creating and maintaining project plans, schedules, and timelines.
- Coordinate project activities, ensuring tasks are assigned and deadlines are met.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret project data to provide insights into project performance.
- Prepare regular reports for project stakeholders, highlighting key metrics and trends.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including project charters, status reports, and meeting minutes.
- Organize and archive project documents for easy accessibility.
- Facilitate communication among project team members and stakeholders.
- Assist in the preparation of communication materials, ensuring information is disseminated effectively.
- Participate in project reviews and audits to assess compliance with project management methodologies.
- Provide cross-functional groups with regular updates on project status and outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Management Analyst or in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
