Job Overview

Innovatus Technology Consulting is seeking a highly experienced Cybersecurity Program Manager to join our team in Norfolk, VA. The successful candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in cybersecurity, including 4 years of related CS and INFOSEC experience.

About the Role

We are looking for an individual who can assist in the management, implementation, and oversight of USFF CS programs, standards, and requirements. This role includes tracking and analysis of CS standards and procedures, including policies, security requirements, audit findings, and remediation plans for vulnerabilities in support of Department of the Navy (DoN) systems, networks, and applications.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee the implementation of CS programs, standards, and requirements.
  • Provide expert-level tracking and analysis of CS standards and procedures, including policies, security requirements, audit findings, and remediation plans for vulnerabilities.
  • Conduct risk assessments, risk mitigation analysis, and develop contingency plans for DoN systems, networks, and applications.
  • Address Computer Network Defense (CND) guidance and perform system and network vulnerability analysis.
  • Develop and implement firewall policies, manage ports and protocols, and work with VRAM for vulnerability tracking and management.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in cybersecurity, including 4 years of related CS and INFOSEC experience.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in CS analysis support, conducting risk assessments, risk mitigation analysis, and developing contingency plans.
  • 1-2 years of experience working in/with VRAM.
  • Demonstrated experience in the following areas:
    • Knowledge of CS/INFOSEC concepts and requirements.
    • Addressal of Computer Network Defense (CND) guidance.
    • System/network vulnerability analysis.
    • Risk assessment and risk mitigation analysis.
    • Contingency planning.
    • Firewall policy development.
    • Management of ports and protocols.
  • DoD Cyberspace work role: Information Systems Security Manager (ISSM) (722); proficiency level: Basic IAW DoDM 8140 series.
Salary Information

The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.
