Job Description

The Joint Staff Security Office (JSSO) requires a Security Specialist to support an operational environment ranging from unclassified through Top Secret (TS)/SCI level. This role involves managing personnel clearances, in/out processing of personnel, SCI Facility management, and security oversight and inspections.

The ideal candidate will provide expertise in INFOSEC, COMSEC, PERSEC, PHYSEC, Insider Threat, OPSEC, and Privacy. Key responsibilities include providing monthly inputs to the Monthly Status Report, ensuring sufficient support for JSSO core missions, and processing taskings through the JSAP/ETMS2 management system.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have at least 6 years of experience in your respective field, thorough knowledge of Microsoft programs, and a working knowledge of U.S. Government Security Programs. You must also possess skills in planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating security programs to meet mission requirements.

A minimum salary of $95,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience, location, and qualifications, is offered.
