Fingerprint and TB clearance will be required as conditions of employment. Passage of a written exam about quality food production, standardized recipes, sanitation, and math with a score of 70% or better is required. Passage of a Post Offer Strength & Agility test is also required. Possession of a ServSafe Food Handler Certificate is mandatory.
