Position Summary: As a Banquet Server, you will be instrumental in the successful execution of various events, ensuring that guests receive exceptional service. Your role will encompass a variety of special occasions, including weddings, corporate gatherings, and other significant events. Responsibilities will include serving food and beverages, setting up and dismantling event spaces, and addressing guests' needs with professionalism.
Core Responsibilities:
- Prepare banquet areas according to event requirements, including arranging tables, chairs, linens, and table settings.
- Welcome guests upon arrival and assist with seating arrangements as needed.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently and courteously, adhering to established service protocols.
- Anticipate guests' needs and respond promptly to requests for assistance or additional items.
