Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure continuity of care.

Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Clean criminal history and pass a background check.
  • Be at least 18 years old.
  • Current NAR certification.
  • 75-hour certification (Long-Term Care Worker) or exemption letter.
  • At least one year experience working in a residential setting.
