Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee incoming and outgoing mail and manage deliveries efficiently.
  • Coordinate travel plans and create detailed itineraries for off-site engagements.
  • Assist with various administrative tasks, including data entry, document management, and photocopying.
  • Respond to phone calls and emails, relaying important information to the relevant parties.
  • Schedule appointments for staff and maintain an organized calendar.

Required Qualifications

  • Familiarity with Macbook systems is advantageous; knowledge of Gmail, Drive, and Sheets is also beneficial.
  • Strong proficiency in computer applications, particularly Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience in handling phone communications and managing challenging situations effectively.
  • A minimum of one year in a front desk or similar customer-facing role is preferred.
  • High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent educational background.
  • Demonstrated customer service expertise, along with excellent interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills.
