Key Responsibilities

- Enhance Patient Experience: Create a welcoming and supportive environment for patients, ensuring their needs are met with compassion and professionalism. Monitor and improve the satisfaction of our patients before and after their treatment.
- Optimize Staff Performance: Lead, mentor, and motivate the clinic staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team.
- Maintain Financial Health: Manage the clinic's budget effectively, ensuring financial stability and maximizing revenue generation.
- Promote Growth and Development: Contribute to the center's growth by implementing strategies to attract new patients and expand service offerings.
Requirements
- Experience: Proven experience as a Clinic Manager or in a similar healthcare management role, dentist, or plastic surgery office is ideal.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge: Knowledge of healthcare regulations, and medical billing practices.
- Passion: A genuine commitment to holistic health and patient well-being.
