About this role

As a key member of our IT team, you will be responsible for powering the technology infrastructure that makes business possible. You will leverage automation and integration tools to speed up the success of our company by shifting our IT organization from manual to automated processes.

You will have direct relationships with IT leadership to evaluate current systems and propose solutions. As a technical resource, you will provide advice, training, and technical support to people across the organization.

  • Strategize, set up, and maintain integrations and workflows that automate core business processes.
  • Evaluate and administer applications, software, and cloud platforms in partnership with business leads.
  • Provide technical assistance, support, and troubleshooting via a ticketing system.
What we need:

We are looking for an experienced IT professional with extensive knowledge of managing hardware, software, and related technologies. Your background may be unconventional; as long as you have the essential qualifications, we encourage you to apply.

  • Extensive experience in IT engineering or senior support roles (or equivalent).
  • Solid knowledge of best practices in IT, Systems, and SaaS Operations.
  • Strong documentation and user training skills.
  • Proven ability to manage projects and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.

The estimated salary for this role ranges from $125,000 - $165,000, along with an equity component. This range reflects our willingness to consider candidates with differing prior seniority. Actual compensation may deviate based on skills, experience, and qualifications.

Bonus points if you have:
  • 5+ years of experience in IT.
  • ITIL or CompTIA certification(s).
  • Experience with Okta Workflows and GCP, AWS, Azure.
