Job Title: Belt Fabricator

Job Summary:

Belt Power LLC is seeking a skilled Belt Fabricator to join our team in Greenwood, Indiana. As a Belt Fabricator, you will be responsible for the fabrication and installation of conveyor belts and related products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Fabricate and install conveyor belts and related products
  • Repair and maintain conveyor belt components
  • Receive and verify incoming parts, materials, and supplies
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Perform duties in a safe and efficient manner

Requirements:

  • Strong mechanical background and attention to detail
  • Ability to interpret and verify precise measurements
  • Basic math skills and computer skills
  • Mechanical aptitude and ability to adapt to changing situations
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment

Work Environment:

The Belt Fabricator will work in a fabrication shop environment with moderate noise levels. The position requires manual dexterity and strength to handle and install conveyor belt components. The ideal candidate will be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a standing, bending, kneeling, or sitting position for long periods of time.

Benefits:

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of $19.00 per hour. The position requires occasional weekend work and overtime hours may be required. A valid driver's license and clean driving record are required. The ideal candidate will be able to pass a drug screen and background check.
