Job Title: MES Business Systems Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled MES Business Systems Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our Manufacturing Execution System (MES) solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and define requirements for MES functionality to support manufacturing processes.
  • Collaborate with IT and operations teams to integrate MES with other enterprise systems.
  • Design and implement MES solutions, including workflows, user interfaces, and system configurations.
  • Develop and execute test plans to ensure MES solutions meet functional requirements and performance standards.
  • Provide support and troubleshooting for MES-related issues.
  • Deliver training and documentation to end-users on MES features and best practices.
  • Monitor system performance and recommend improvements.
  • Manage MES software updates and upgrades.
  • Serve as a liaison between the manufacturing team and IT.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, business administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proven experience in MES software implementation and support.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and shop floor operations.
  • Experience with MES applications such as Koerber (High Jump).
  • Familiarity with SAP ERP systems integration with MES.
  • Proficiency in SQL/SSRS and experience with database management systems.
  • Ability to develop and analyze functional specifications and system design specifications.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Good understanding of IT infrastructure.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
  • Ability to train users and develop training materials.
  • Experience with reporting tools and creating dashboards for KPIs and metrics.
