Lone Star College is seeking a highly qualified Adjunct Faculty member to teach Speech courses at our Creekside Center location. As a member of our faculty team, you will be responsible for creating engaging lessons that promote student involvement and application of the material.
The ideal candidate will possess a Master's degree in Speech or Communication with a minimum of 18 graduate hours in communication coursework unrelated to mass communications.

Key Responsibilities:
- Teach Speech courses at a variety of times and locations
- Create engaging lessons that promote student involvement and application of the material
- Submit required college reports and forms in a timely manner
- Utilize a course syllabus for each course, following established institutional guidelines
- Meet with and advise students either before or after class or by appointment, electronic communication, or other appropriate methods
- Evaluate students to measure their progress in achieving course objectives and inform students in a timely manner of their progress
- Maintain professional relationships with students, colleagues, and the community
- Attend meetings, trainings, and orientations as required
Requirements:
- Master's in Speech or Communication with a minimum of 18 graduate hours in communication coursework unrelated to mass communications
