Role Responsibilities:
As a member of our esteemed organization, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our client’s desktop operations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing comprehensive software troubleshooting and repair for workstations.
- Executing PC installations, relocations, additions, and modifications.
- Performing image deployments for new devices.
- Managing asset recovery processes.
- Implementing asset tagging protocols.
- Offering printer support services.
- Delivering assistance at the Client Center (Tech Bar).
- Updating IT service management systems.
- Completing additional client support tasks to ensure optimal workstation functionality and customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications:
- Prior experience in desktop support is preferred, but training will be available for entry-level candidates.
- Familiarity with PC imaging techniques.
- Experience in change management and incident management processes.
- Proficiency in tools such as ServiceNow, Bomgar, LapLink, and Secure Disk Wipe.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification as a Dell Technician.
- Expertise in inventory management.
- Possession of an active DoD Secret Clearance.
Essential Requirements:
- Must be located within a reasonable commuting distance to St Petersburg, Florida, and be available for onsite work.
- This position requires U.S. citizenship due to government contract stipulations.
