Job Details

This Financial Assistant role is a contract opportunity with a well-established law firm in a reputable environment. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for financial administration, including invoice processing, payment reconciliation, and credit card management.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Process and verify client invoices
  2. Enter approved invoices into the accounting system
  3. Scan invoices into respective billing files
  4. Reconcile credit card statements
  5. Issue daily rush checks as needed
  6. Process monthly payments for all other invoices
Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
