Compensation:

$81,500+ at plan annually

Key Responsibilities:
  • Be an adaptable, organized team player committed to pursuing training and educational growth.
  • Tailor financial strategies for each client based on their professional circumstances, life stages, and changing financial requirements.
  • Offer strategic advice on products, plans, investments, and other avenues to assist clients in reaching their financial aspirations.
  • Establish, nurture, and maintain strong relationships with new clients by acting as their trusted financial consultant.
  • Assess cash flow, income, financial status, goals, assets, and all other aspects related to wealth management to help clients articulate and achieve their financial objectives.
Qualifications:
  • A foundational understanding of the role of a financial advisor or consultant, along with a genuine interest in the financial sector and its products, is essential.
  • While not mandatory, possessing a valid FINRA Series 7 & 63/66 license is advantageous.
  • Strong mathematical, communication, and interpersonal skills are necessary to provide excellent customer service to both existing and prospective clients.
  • A Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field is required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, financial planning software, Google Suite, and other relevant tools is highly preferred.
