Position Summary
The Dispatcher is tasked with the essential duty of managing the distribution of supervisors, leads, drivers, and installers to various assignments, aligning with project requirements and labor forecasts.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Evaluate labor forecasts to effectively distribute work teams
  • Plan and organize labor services ahead of time
  • Relay work assignments to field staff and subcontractors in a timely manner
  • Maintain adaptability in scheduling to meet last-minute demands
  • Collaborate with supervisors to fulfill staffing requirements
  • Allocate vehicles to field teams as necessary
  • Review project details to ensure thoroughness and accuracy
  • Engage with field crews to guarantee effective communication and coordination
Required Skills and Experience
  • At least 3 years of experience in the contract furniture sector or logistics management
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Excellent organizational and communication abilities
  • Detail-oriented with strong multitasking capabilities
  • Positive demeanor and resilience in facing challenges
  • Team-oriented with a robust work ethic
  • Capacity to manage shifting priorities and perform under pressure
  • Commitment to continuous learning and personal development
  • Spanish language proficiency is advantageous
Compensation
$25 - $35 per hour
