Position Overview:

  • Your expertise in managing multifaceted programs and interpreting survey data will be crucial in driving the success of our initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and implement research programs that engage LinkedIn clients.
  • Oversee the intake of research requests, resource allocation, and project tracking.
  • Manage relationships with external research partners, ensuring quality control and effective communication.
  • Establish and maintain project standards and documentation to guarantee program success.
  • Define success metrics and assess the impact of research initiatives.
  • Encourage innovation and improvement in processes to enhance project outcomes.
  • Provide mentorship and training to research partners and vendors.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline project execution.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years in survey market research or analytics.
  • At least 4 years of experience in project or program management.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field.
  • Only candidates ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with various quantitative and qualitative research methodologies.
  • Technical skills in SQL, Tableau, XML, and HTML.
  • Experience with survey programming tools such as Decipher, Qualtrics, or Survey Monkey.
  • Ability to adapt to changing environments and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively present findings and influence decisions.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proven leadership abilities and a collaborative approach to team dynamics.
