Key Responsibilities:

* Explore innovative manufacturing methods to reduce costs while meeting customer and regulatory requirements.
* Liaise with relevant stakeholders to address concerns about food quality and safety.
* Utilize advanced formulation software to create and maintain formulations.
* Play a pivotal role in bringing new products to life, from conceptualization to successful launch.
* Coordinate the arrangement and shipment of sales samples.
* Update product information sheets and labels for effective sales presentation.
* Accurately record, analyze, and summarize research data for informed decision-making.
* Collaborate with independent laboratories for comprehensive testing.
* Maintain the MRP system by keeping it up to date and accurate.
* Ensure strict compliance with GMP and other safety regulations.
* Perform any additional duties assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in agricultural science, biology, chemistry, or a related field.
* Ability to utilize both internal and external sources to drive technical scientific advancements.
* Demonstrated proficiency in laboratory work.
* Sound knowledge and understanding of data science.
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
* Flexibility to travel overnight and work night and weekend shifts for special projects.
