Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Infant, Toddler, Preschool Teacher Assistant to join our team at Dreamland Learning Center. As an integral part of our education team, you will play a key role in creating a nurturing environment for children aged 6 weeks to 12 years old.

Dreamland Learning Center is a rapidly growing childcare facility with multiple locations throughout Rhode Island. Our centers provide high-quality early childhood education and care services, focusing on the social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development of our young learners.

Job Responsibilities
  • Assist teachers in planning and implementing lesson plans under the RIELD Standards.
  • Provide quality care and support to infants, toddlers, and preschoolers, including feeding, bathing, and soothing.
  • Engage with children in various activities such as reading, singing, and playing.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues regarding child progress and needs.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (High School Diploma or equivalent required).
  • National criminal background check and fingerprint clearance.
  • Reliable transportation for travel between locations.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is $40,000 - $50,000, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to competitive pay, we offer benefits, including health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
