Medical Content Compliance Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Content Compliance Specialist to join our team at US Tech Solutions. This role is responsible for ensuring that medical and scientific information presented in promotional and non-promotional materials meets the highest standards for pharmaceutical promotion and scientific exchange.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement policies to support accurate and compliant medical and commercial communications globally.
- Monitor approved materials to ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies.
- Actively pursue updates to guidance on regulations and internal policies and their impact on material review processes and procedures.
- Review and report compliance performance KPIs and related compliance monitoring to mitigate business performance risks.
- Develop and maintain role-based training plans for Medical Affairs employees.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree with a related health science background, such as BSN, BS, or BS Pharm.
- Experience in medical review is preferred but not required.
- Ability to influence others without direct authority.
- Excellent leadership, self-management, and organizational skills.
- Previous experience in conflict resolution, problem-solving, or crisis management is preferred.
Preferred Skills:
- Health-related background with experience in pharmaceutical promotion and scientific exchange.
- Experience with FDA OPDP regulations and guidance on advertising and promotion.
- Ability to review and monitor medical materials to meet standards for pharmaceutical promotion and scientific exchange.
- Experience in developing and providing input on supplemental training for medical reviewers.
- Ability to work on updating SOPs across the business.
