Job Title: Exercise Specialist Cardiac Pulmonary

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Exercise Specialist to join our Cardiac and Pulmonary Rehabilitation team at ProHealth Care. As an Exercise Specialist, you will play a vital role in helping patients recover from cardiac and pulmonary conditions by providing personalized exercise programs and education.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the care of cardiac patients in multiple modalities, including exercise prescription and lifestyle modification.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families on cardiovascular and pulmonary health.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized exercise plans.
  • Conduct fitness assessments and develop exercise programs to improve cardiovascular and pulmonary function.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Fitness/Sports Studies or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in cardiac rehabilitation or a related field.
  • Current BLS (CPR) and ACLS certifications.
  • Previous internship in a cardiac rehab program preferred.
