Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to increase brand awareness and support sales efforts.
  2. Create high-quality sales materials, including decks, case studies, and marketing collateral, to engage potential clients.
  3. Oversee content marketing initiatives, such as blog posts, social media, newsletters, and white papers, to align with our brand strategy and business objectives.
  4. Plan and execute events, conferences, trade shows, webinars, and branded experiences to generate leads and build relationships with key stakeholders.
  5. Collaborate with the sales team to develop tailored marketing materials and campaigns to support their efforts in landing big accounts.
  6. Manage the development and communication of key brand messaging, ensuring consistent representation across all channels.
  7. Own the branding and digital launch for all of our new portfolio companies.
  8. Analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and sales support efforts, adjusting strategies as necessary to maximize results.
  9. Work cross-functionally with internal teams (Sales, Product, Design) to ensure alignment on goals and messaging.
  10. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and marketing best practices to keep our brand competitive.

Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on brand building, communications, content marketing, and sales support.
  • Demonstrated experience in supporting sales teams, particularly those targeting big brands.
  • Proven ability to create compelling sales decks, presentations, and marketing collateral that align with the sales strategy.
  • Strong organizational skills and experience with event planning for both in-person and digital events.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft messaging that resonates with diverse audiences.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing tools and platforms (CRM, email marketing, content management systems).
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects at once and thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to track and optimize marketing performance.

Compensation Package: Competitive salary range: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth.
