Motorola Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Government Industry Senior Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our Software Enterprise Sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to drive growth and revenue in the government industry.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive growth and revenue in the government industry
- Pursue new incremental accounts and opportunities
- Work with local events and roadshows to create a new Software Suite pipeline
- Identify and develop strategic partnerships with Manufacturer Representatives
- Develop and motivate LMR sales associates
- Respond to customer needs and requests in a timely and professional manner
- Bachelor's Degree with 4+ years of sales/public safety experience OR 8+ years of sales/public safety experience
- Ability to obtain background clearance as required by government customer
- 50-75% travel required
- Broad experience & knowledge across multiple areas of the State and Local government
- Significant experience using and/or promoting technologies to the Body Worn Camera sector
- Ability to identify new business opportunities and areas for improvement
- Communication skills to present the opportunity and achieve buy-in
