Private Duty Nursing Opportunity

Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking a skilled LVN to provide private duty nursing care to medically fragile patients in the comfort of their own homes.

Job Summary:

  • Provide quality, skilled nursing care to patients in their homes
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet patients' unique needs
  • Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination

Responsibilities:

  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to healthcare teams
  • Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Provide wound care and management
  • Document patient progress and care provided

Requirements:

  • Current LVN licensure in the state of California
  • Experience in private duty nursing or home healthcare
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
