Job Summary

This senior-level position will spearhead technological innovation and digital transformation in our Portfolio Services business line, driving close collaboration with our global Leasing Advisory team on our integrated digital leasing platform. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll blend strategic vision with technical expertise to develop technology products that enhance operational efficiency, improve service delivery, and create value through technology-enabled solutions.

Main Responsibilities
  • Technology Strategy Development:
    • Formulate and implement a comprehensive technology strategy aligned with our business objectives, identifying opportunities for innovation and digital transformation.
    • Conduct competitive analysis of portfolio product technologies and align product strategies, roadmaps, and investments between teams.
  • Portfolio Product Management & Development:
    • Lead the selection of portfolio product technologies, making build, buy, or partner recommendations, and defining features, value propositions, and costing.
    • Drive development of in-house technology products, collaborating with engineering teams to deliver roadmaps on time and within budget.
  • Implementation and Support:
    • Oversee implementation and support of technology products with our tech services teams.
  • Adoption and Customer Satisfaction:
    • Work with our tech advisors and directors to boost adoption and satisfaction, ensuring our customers achieve maximum value from our technology solutions.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy:
    • Partner with our sales and marketing teams to increase technology adoption in sales motions, driving revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Data Management and Analytics:
    • Define data and insights requirements for our portfolio services, developing data governance frameworks and best practices to leverage data analytics and enhance decision-making.
  • Team Leadership:
    • Build and lead a team of technology professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to develop their skills and advance their careers.
    • Develop a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing across teams.
  • Vendor Management:
    • Manage technology vendor relationships, negotiating contracts and ensuring Service Level Agreement (SLA) compliance.
  • Cybersecurity and Compliance:
    • Ensure our technology solutions meet cybersecurity standards and data protection regulations, mitigating risks and protecting our customers' interests.
  • Change Management:
    • Lead technology adoption initiatives, providing training and support to ensure successful technology uptake and minimize disruption.
  • Financial Management:
    • Manage technology budgets and investments, conducting cost-benefit analyses and building business cases for new initiatives.
  • Stakeholder Management:
    • Align technology initiatives with broader organizational goals, communicating strategy and outcomes to senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Thought Leadership:
    • Establish yourself as a thought leader in portfolio product technologies, both internally and externally, driving industry recognition and respect for JLL's innovation and expertise.
Qualifications
  • 12+ years of experience in full-cycle technical product management, preferably in software markets, with a customer-centric design approach.
  • Multiple years as a product team leader, with at least 7+ years in transactions management, lease administration, or related fields.
  • Proven track record in leading digital transformation initiatives, with experience creating product roadmaps from conception to launch.
  • Established PS domain expertise, with a strong understanding of portfolio management and operations.
  • Experience with transactions management and lease administration technologies, as well as proficiency in data analytics and business intelligence tools.
  • Understanding of cybersecurity principles and data protection regulations.

Estimated total compensation for this position: $266,800.00 - $426,900.00 per year.

The total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity, and alignment with market data.

Location: Remote – Chicago, IL, San Francisco, CA.
