We are a 64-bed Inpatient Rehab Unit that provides comprehensive care to patients with a variety of medical and functional needs. Our team works collaboratively to develop individualized plans of care that address the unique needs of each patient. We treat patients with orthopedic conditions, neurologic disorders, and other complex medical issues, with a focus on helping them achieve their goals and return home.

Scope of WorkThe Registered Nurse (RN) in this role will utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. The RN will work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized plans of care that address the unique needs of each patient. The RN will also provide education and support to patients and their families, and will participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.

- Associates or Diploma in Nursing Required.
- Bachelors in Nursing Required within 5 years for GN or RN with less than 1 year of experience.
- Graduates from a non-accredited school of nursing must have at least one year of acute care experience or at least two years of experience in a licensed health care role and must have successfully passed the NCLEX licensure examination.
- MI Registered Nurse (RN) Required within 60 days of hire.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) required upon hire from one of the following organizations - American Heart Association, American Red Cross, or Canadian Heart and Stroke.
