Welcome to Creative Play Learning Center, where we strive to provide a nurturing environment for children to grow and develop. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a teacher assistant.

Responsibilities
  • Support the lead teacher in ensuring the care, safety, and well-being of children in the classroom.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues, maintaining accurate records of daily activities and progress.
  • Engage in play-based activities, lead learning experiences, and foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Maintain a clean and organized classroom, adhering to state regulations and standards.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in childcare, with a focus on supporting children at various age levels.
  • Strong teamwork skills, with the ability to support multiple classrooms as needed.
  • Familiarity with NYS daycare regulations is a plus, but training will be provided.
