Early Childhood Educator

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as an Assistant Teacher in our NAEYC accredited Early Childhood Center. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in providing a nurturing and engaging environment for young children.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Assist in planning and implementing engaging lesson plans and activities
- Provide exceptional care and supervision to children in their daily routines
- Collaborate with the Lead Teacher to maintain a clean and organized classroom environment
- Support the development of children's social, emotional, and cognitive skills
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or a related field preferred
- At least one year of experience in a child care setting; two or more years preferred
- Ability to work weekdays between 7:30 AM and 6:00 PM; must be available to work at least three afternoons until 6:00 PM
