Licensed Practical Nurse

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Brooklyn Center in Brooklyn, NY. This is a part-time position for eveninings (3:00pm-11:00pm) and weekends. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our residents while working in a state-of-the-art rehabilitation and skilled nursing facility.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Collecting required information from new residents for admission
- Recording health details of residents
- Administering medications and injections as needed
- Supervising Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
- Assisting residents with personal hygiene and daily living activities
- Monitoring food and liquid intake and output
