Job Overview

We are excited to offer a Sign-On Bonus of $3,000 for new hires. The Retail Operations Leader is accountable for the comprehensive management of store functions, which encompasses selecting, mentoring, and developing team members, alongside overseeing merchandising, marketing, and promotional strategies.

Preferred Qualifications

Possession of a 2-year college degree or equivalent experience is preferred.

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Proven track record in retail sales management
  • Effective problem-solving skills related to customer issues
  • Aptitude for managing inventory, scheduling orders, and merchandising displays
  • Ability to assist customers with sales and address complaints to foster retention
  • Strong communication skills with both teammates and customers
  • Negotiation and conflict resolution capabilities
  • Valid driver's license and ability to operate both customer and company vehicles
  • Completion of all mandatory training and educational modules for this role
