Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Dining Room Manager to oversee the daily operations of our dining room. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service, managing staff, and maintaining a clean and safe environment. Responsibilities
  • Oversee the daily operations of the dining room, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff supervision.
  • Ensure that all dining room staff are trained and equipped to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment in the dining room, including adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Manage staff schedules and ensure that all staff are aware of their responsibilities and expectations.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and implement menus that meet the dietary needs and preferences of our residents.
Requirements
  • 1 year of supervisory experience in the restaurant or food service industry.
  • Knowledge of scheduling and training staff.
  • Proven leader with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office and online systems.
