Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Speech Pathology Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will assist our Speech-Language Pathologists in the delivery of services to students with communication disorders.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to contribute to the success of our students. As a Speech Pathology Assistant, you will work closely with our Speech-Language Pathologists to provide assessment, intervention, and consultation services to students with speech and language disorders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist Speech-Language Pathologists in assessing student communication skills
  • Develop and implement individualized intervention plans to support student progress
  • Provide direct support to students with speech and language disorders during therapy sessions
  • Collaborate with teachers and other school staff to implement strategies to support student communication
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Speech/Language Pathology or completion of an approved training program for Speech/Language Pathologist Assistants
  • Ability to obtain Arizona State Licensure as a Speech/Language Pathology Assistant within 60 days of initial employment
