Speech Pathology Team Lead

About the Role:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Speech Pathology Team Lead to join our pediatric therapy team at Tucson Medical Center.
The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology and a minimum of three years' experience working with pediatric patients.
Responsibilities include evaluating and treating patients with speech, language, and hearing disorders, as well as leading and mentoring junior team members.

- Leading and mentoring junior team members
- Developing and implementing treatment plans
- Collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Minimum of three years' experience working with pediatric patients
- State Speech Pathologist Licensure issued by the Arizona Department of Health Services
- National Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) through the American Speech Language Hearing Association (ASHA)
