Key Responsibilities:- Operate a Motor Grader to perform finish and fine grade tasks with a focus on safety excellence.
- Have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in finish grading and be dedicated to working safely at all times.
- Be able to work overtime, weekends, and nights when necessary, and be a team player.
- Have a valid driver's license and be able to use mechanic's hand tools and tape measure.
- Be able to lift and carry objects and materials of various weights up to 100 pounds, and have good vision, both close-up and long-distance.
- Be willing to work in a team environment and assist co-workers or supervisors with other duties as required.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in finish grading.
- Dedication to working safely at all times.
- Ability to work overtime, weekends, and nights when necessary.
- Valid driver's license.
- Ability to use mechanic's hand tools and tape measure.

- Competitive hourly wage of $26.00-$30.00.

- Paid vacation - Accrued during the first year starting at 180 days, 2 weeks at 1 year; 3 weeks at 5 years; 4 weeks at 20 years of service.
