KPC Health is looking for a dedicated Magnetic Resonance Imaging Specialist to become a vital part of our Radiology Department. In this position, you will execute MRI examinations under the guidance of our Director/Manager and Medical Director. The successful candidate will possess at least 5 years of MRI expertise and maintain a valid Certified Radiologic Technologist (CRT) or American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARMRIT) Certification. Additionally, a BLS card from AHA and an ABM/MAB/CPI certificate must be obtained within 90 days of employment.

As a Magnetic Resonance Imaging Specialist, your responsibilities will include showcasing critical thinking and adeptness in coordinating patient care. It is crucial to uphold a comprehensive understanding of departmental protocols, specialized equipment, quality assurance measures, and compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Qualifications:

  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years of MRI experience is preferred.
  • Licenses/Certifications: Current CRT or ARMRIT Certification, BLS card from AHA; ABM/MAB/CPI certificate to be acquired within 90 days of hire.
  • Language Proficiency: Must have full command (verbal and written) of the English language.
  • Physical Demands: Should possess the physical capabilities, including heavy lifting and perceptive acuity (visual and auditory), to effectively perform all patient care tasks.
