Core Responsibilities

  • Ensure consistent and reliable attendance.

  • Proactively support sales initiatives through the following actions:

Qualifications Required

Experience: Previous leadership experience in a retail environment is essential. Prior experience in sales and supervisory roles is highly desirable. Familiarity with farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is advantageous. Candidates must be at least 18 years old and hold a valid driver's license.

Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is mandatory. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field from an accredited institution is preferred. Regardless of educational background, candidates must demonstrate proficiency in reading, writing, and numerical skills.
