About the Job

The Staff RN Clinical Director will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive strategies to improve patient care, reduce costs, and enhance operational efficiency. You will work closely with our leadership team to identify areas for improvement, develop solutions, and implement changes that drive positive outcomes. Your clinical expertise and leadership acumen will be essential in guiding our teams towards achieving exceptional patient care and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develops and Implements Comprehensive Strategies to improve patient care, reduce costs, and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Works Closely with Leadership Team to Identify Areas for Improvement.
  • Develops Solutions and Implements Changes that Drive Positive Outcomes.
  • Guides Teams towards Achieving Exceptional Patient Care and Satisfaction.
  • Monitors and Reports on Key Performance Indicators.
  • Fosters a Culture of Safety and Innovation.

Requirements

  • BLS - Basic Life Support - American Heart Association, CPR - Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation - American Red Cross
  • Current RN licensure in the State of Ohio; Minimum 2 years clinical Experiencedepartment-Specific (in addition to above)
  • Prior RN Experience in related field
  • BLS/ACLS Certified in related field
  • Demonstrated leadership skills
