Job Overview

Blue Water Mortgage, LLC is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Loan Coordinator to join our team. As a Loan Coordinator, you will play a critical role in the mortgage origination process, working closely with top loan officers and processors to ensure accurate and timely loan applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Completing and inputting data into mortgage origination software
  • Generating and sending marketing information to clients and prospects
  • Working closely with loan officers and processors to meet loan requirements

Requirements:

  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task
  • Proficient in Excel

Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma Required
  • Bachelor's Degree Preferred

Compensation and Benefits:

  • $35,000 to $45,000 base salary depending on level of skill set
  • Opportunity to earn bonus as you advance
  • Other benefits include initial licensing costs paid by Blue Water, Medical, Dental, Vision, Long/Short term disability, 401K with Employer Match and PTO
