Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Radiology Imaging Specialist to join our team at Memorial Hospital Belleville. As a key member of our diagnostic imaging department, you will be responsible for operating X-ray equipment to produce high-quality images for medical diagnosis and treatment.

Responsibilities
  • Operate X-ray equipment to produce high-quality images for medical diagnosis and treatment
  • Position patients to ensure accurate and safe imaging procedures
  • Develop and process X-ray films to produce high-quality images
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient imaging procedures and results
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience as an X-Ray Tech
  • Ability to work rotating weekends and holidays as needed
  • Ability to work 8-hour shifts with possible mid-shift starts
  • Ability to lift and move patients as needed
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high levels of accuracy and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
  • IEMA Certification
  • Epic and Enterprise Sectra PACS usage
