Job Summary:
- Perform comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for clients with autism and other developmental disabilities.
- Provide one-on-one ABA therapy sessions to clients, utilizing evidence-based techniques and strategies.
- Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) staff to ensure high-quality care and support.
- Collaborate with families and caregivers to develop and implement behavioral plans, providing regular updates and progress reports.
- Conduct weekly or monthly parent training sessions to educate families on ABA strategies and techniques.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress, including data collection and graphing.
- Participate in regular team meetings and case reviews to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
Requirements:
- Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) licensure with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service and family-centered care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.

License/Certification:
- BCBA licensure with the BACB.
Ability to Relocate:
- Colorado, with a focus on serving clients and families in the Denver and El Paso County areas.
