Physical Therapist, Sports Medicine, Evenings

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at Spaulding Rehabilitation. As a Physical Therapist, you will provide high-quality physical therapy services to patients with impairments, functional limitations, or disabilities resulting from injury, disease, or other causes.
Key Responsibilities- Assess and evaluate patients' physical therapy needs according to organizational and professional guidelines.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that reflect patients' age, situation, and goals.
- Provide physical therapy services in collaboration with other members of the interdisciplinary team.
- Document patient progress and treatment plans in accordance with facility and practice guidelines.
- Supervise and train support personnel as needed.
- Participate in performance improvement activities to implement best practices.
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Licensed as a physical therapist in the state of Rhode Island.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Basic skills in math and computer science.
- Knowledge of physical therapy evaluation and treatment techniques.
- Highly developed communications and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
- Initiative to prioritize work, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing situations.
- Attention to detail.
This is a per diem position with variable hours, including evenings, holidays, and weekends. The ideal candidate will be able to maintain a flexible schedule and work independently.
