Key Responsibilities
  • Review project plans, specifications, and soils reports to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Assist in the preparation of project estimates and budgets.
  • Perform materials take-offs and verify estimated quantities.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
  • Assist in the preparation of project reports and documentation.
  • Attend project meetings and site visits to ensure project progress and identify potential issues.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules and resource allocation plans.
  • Collaborate with project managers and superintendents to ensure project goals and objectives are met.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in engineering or related field preferred.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
