Essential Duties:
Lead and delegate daily operational activities.

Ensure accuracy in task completion with minimal errors.

Regularly perform duties associated with Yard Associate roles.

Verify the work completed by hourly staff.

Label all incoming materials upon receipt.

Document all loads via video before dispatch to ensure accuracy for customer orders.

Adhere to and promote all operational and safety protocols, including JSOX compliance.

Maintain a clean and secure facility.

Oversee inventory accuracy and completion of cycle count plans.

Ensure inventory is kept in optimal condition and recommend actions for any substandard or damaged items.

Manage the safety program and oversee forklift operator certifications.

Ensure daily forklift inspection reports are completed for all equipment.

Collaborate with the sales team and branch management to guarantee customer satisfaction and timely order processing.

Communicate clear expectations and objectives.

Provide strong leadership and cultivate a positive work environment.

Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years' experience in a supervisory or lead role within warehouse operations.

Solid understanding of warehouse, yard, and delivery operations.
