Job Overview

  • Strong attention to detail, ensuring all work orders are complete and accurate.
  • Comfortable working towards production targets.
  • Capability to follow both written and verbal instructions.
  • Dependable and trustworthy work ethic.
Physical Requirements
  • Utilize manual dexterity and visual skills effectively.
  • Perform repetitive tasks involving grasping, pushing, pulling, and fine manipulation.
  • Engage in physical activities such as reaching, bending, and lifting.
  • Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Capability to remain seated for extended periods.
  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED) is required.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license.
  • Legal authorization to work in the US is mandatory.
  • Successful completion of a drug screening and background check is required prior to employment.
Preferred Experience
  • Prior experience in an assembly environment is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with tool & die operations, finishing/polishing tools, and CDL certification is advantageous but not essential.
