Responsibilities:
- Provide nursing care to residents under the direction of a supervisor and as prescribed by the physician and in accordance with standards of nursing practices and regulations.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician and in accordance with established protocols.
- Monitor and report any changes in a resident's condition to the supervisor and other members of the healthcare team.

Requirements:
- Current license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in good standing with the state.
- Current CPR certification.
