Position Overview

As a Urology Specialist, you will have the unique opportunity to contribute to the establishment of a new urology service line. This role emphasizes procedural work, allowing you to focus on delivering high-quality patient care while enjoying a favorable work-life balance with a four-day work week and a call schedule of 1:5.

Compensation Package

• Competitive base salary of $564,000
• 1:5 call rotation
• $69.33 wRVU conversion factor
• Robotics experience preferred
• Opportunities for subspecialization, particularly in oncology
• Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) will assist with inpatient rounds
• Generous 6 weeks of Paid Time Off (PTO) including vacation and Continuing Medical Education (CME)
