Job Title: Matterport 3D Photographer

We are seeking a skilled Matterport 3D Photographer to join our team at UDR, Inc. in the Orlando, FL area.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for scheduling, staging, capturing, and uploading 3D interactive walk-through images of apartments within our specified area/region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and capture 3D virtual walk-through images with a Matterport camera for identified UDR apartments within the region.
  • Manage and upload virtual walk-throughs within the Matterport iPad app.
  • Develop and manage a strategic travel schedule to effectively capture images for available apartment homes.
  • Assess and stage apartment homes to meet and/or exceed UDR's standards for appeal to prospective residents.
  • Prioritize schedule and workload to ensure deliverables are met or exceeded.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in creative 3D online digital marketing and photography.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in supporting or project managing marketing team projects.
  • Knowledge of or experience with Matterport camera, app, and Onesite is a plus.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel is a strong preference.
