We are seeking a skilled Agency Registered Nurse to join our team at Preferred Professional Services (PPS) Agency. As an Agency RN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in our Long-Term Care and Rehab Facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapies as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical information
- Provide wound care and other nursing interventions as needed
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic care delivery
- Oversee and guide Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) in delivering quality care
- All shifts available, including per diem and temp-to-hire opportunities
- Competitive hourly rates and shift differentials
