About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Agency Registered Nurse to join our team at Preferred Professional Services (PPS) Agency. As an Agency RN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in our Long-Term Care and Rehab Facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
  • Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapies as prescribed by physicians
  • Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical information
  • Provide wound care and other nursing interventions as needed
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic care delivery
  • Oversee and guide Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) in delivering quality care
